1. Who We Are

TNL Trader ("we", "our", "us") operates the TNL Trader website, a Discord community, and a Telegram-based signal delivery system. We run an automated trading-signal system covering XAUUSD, EURUSD, GBPUSD, and USDJPY, built around a 7-gate confirmation framework, and deliver signals to members through Telegram and Discord.

2. Information We Collect

When you join our Discord or TNL Trader Academy membership on Whop, we may collect:

• Your Discord user ID and username, and any information visible through your Discord profile in our server
• Your Telegram chat ID (if you connect our Telegram bot to receive signals)
• Membership and payment information handled by Whop (we do not directly process or store your card details — see Section 5)
• Trade history and account state you choose to log with us (for example, replying to confirm a signal), including grade, pair, and result
• Basic usage data from our website (see Section 8, Cookies)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Deliver trading signals to you through Telegram and/or Discord
• Verify your membership status and manage access to paid channels
• Maintain your trade history and account state where you choose to log it
• Communicate with you about your membership or the service

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored on encrypted AWS infrastructure (EC2 and RDS PostgreSQL) in the United States, with security groups restricting database access. We retain your data for as long as you remain a member and for 90 days after you leave, except where we're required to retain it longer for legal or accounting reasons.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate TNL Trader:

• Discord — community and signal delivery. Subject to Discord's privacy policy.
• Whop — membership management and payment processing for TNL Trader Academy. Whop handles your payment details directly; we do not see or store your card information. Subject to Whop's privacy policy.
• Telegram — signal delivery. Subject to Telegram's privacy policy.
• Anthropic Claude — used to format and summarize signals that have already passed our 7-gate system into a readable message. Signal data is processed but not used to train Anthropic's models.
• Twelve Data — market price data. Subject to Twelve Data's privacy policy.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data with the service providers listed above as necessary to operate TNL Trader.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Leave the Discord or cancel your Whop membership at any time
• Opt out of non-essential communications

8. Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies necessary for operation, along with standard analytics to understand site traffic. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data collected through cookies.

9. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, secure cloud infrastructure, and restricted database access to protect your data. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

TNL Trader is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify active members of material changes. Continued use of TNL Trader after changes constitutes acceptance.
