By accessing or using TNL Trader ("Service") — including our Discord community, Telegram bot, and website — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
TNL Trader is an automated trading-signal system covering XAUUSD, EURUSD, GBPUSD, and USDJPY. Signals are generated by a rules-based 7-gate confirmation system and delivered through Telegram and Discord, with the same standardized signal sent to every member. TNL Trader does not execute trades on your behalf by default, manage your trading account, or provide advice tailored to your individual circumstances. An optional auto-execution connection is available for members who choose to enable it, at their own risk.
All signals, levels, and information provided by TNL Trader are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing constitutes:
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, including whether and how to act on any signal. Always conduct your own research and risk assessment before trading.
Trading financial instruments including forex and commodities involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past setups are not indicative of future results. You may lose more than your initial investment. TNL Trader bears no responsibility for any trading losses incurred while using the Service, including losses arising from optional auto-execution.
You must be at least 18 years old to use TNL Trader. By using the Service, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to engage in trading activities.
Free Discord access does not require payment. Full signal access is provided through the TNL Trader Academy membership on Whop. Billing, trial terms, cancellation, and refunds for paid membership are handled directly by Whop and governed by Whop's own terms — see your membership confirmation or Whop account dashboard for the specific terms that apply to your plan.

All content, branding, code, and systems comprising TNL Trader are the property of TNL Trader and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime, delays, or technical failures, including missed or delayed signal delivery.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TNL Trader shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Service.
You can leave the free Discord at any time with no further action needed. To cancel a paid TNL Trader Academy membership, use your Whop account dashboard or contact Whop support directly, since Whop manages billing for the membership. You will keep access according to Whop's standard cancellation terms.
We reserve the right to remove you from the Discord or suspend your access at any time for violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to active members.
