1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TNL Trader ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TNL Trader is an AI-powered trading signal filtering tool delivered via Telegram. The Service analyzes trading signals, grades setups, and enforces risk management rules. TNL Trader does not execute trades, manage accounts, or provide personalized financial advice.

3. Not Financial Advice

All content, signal grades, reports, and analysis provided by TNL Trader are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing constitutes:

• Financial advice or investment recommendations
• A solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument
• A guarantee of trading results or profitability

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Always conduct your own research before trading.

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading financial instruments including forex, commodities, indices, and futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose more than your initial investment. TNL Trader bears no responsibility for any trading losses incurred while using the Service.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TNL Trader. By using the Service, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to engage in trading activities.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• A 14-day free trial is offered on all plans — no charge during the trial period
• You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account or activation link with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or reproduce the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any access restrictions or limits

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, and systems comprising TNL Trader are the property of TNL Trader and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime, delays, or technical failures.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TNL Trader shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Service.

10a. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your billing portal at billing.stripe.com or by sending /cancel to your TNL Trader Telegram bot. You will keep full access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers.
